How I work
 

My philosophy is to focus on you as a whole person, listen with compassion to your experiences and challenges, and explore sensitively with you, to help you discover and achieve your goals for therapy. I use and share TA tools to help reveal patterns of thinking and behaviour, which support you to make the changes you seek.

When People Come to Therapy
 

Therapy can be useful and supportive at any point in our lives: for specific and traumatic events, in a crisis, for anxiety, low mood or other unwelcome feelings, and help you to cope better with life’s challenges, learn more about yourself, and how you interact with others. If you are seeking change, therapy can support the change process, in a caring, non-judgemental, welcoming and inclusive environment.

Therapy gives you a safe space for yourself, to think and explore, and can help you to become more empowered, improve communication and relationships, help you to manage life’s challenges, and support you in learning and growing to reach and expand your potential.
